CRM Manager

Incredible lifestyle clothing brand is looking to add a talented CRM Manager to their team.  You should have a big picture attitude, leadership skills and be able to design, develop, and execute on their omni-channel campaigns.  This company has cemented their self as a leader in their industry and they have big company backing which is leading to the current growth.  With over 200 employees in their office they strive to hire the right candidate and the right fit for the team.  There is an immense amount of collaboration which will require to interact and work with different personalities, different teams, and people with different strategies. 

Job Duties:

  • Create and manage customer contact strategy (development/testing/execution)
  • Increase customer awareness and eCommerce/in-store conversion
  • Rely heavily on analytics, customer data, and insights to drive strategies across all channels
  • Establish KPI’s and utilize them to alter strategies
  • Provide leadership to the digital and traditional marketing team


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related
  • 5+ years of CRM experience
  • 2-4 years of eCommerce experience
  • Expert experience with direct marketing experience (email & direct mail)
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics & the Adobe Analytics Suite


  • Data visualization experience (Tableau)
  • Analytics certification
  • Excel & SQL experience
