Inthis role you will be responsible formanaging our overall strategy and execution of our email and loyalty marketingprograms.
- 5 years’ experience in building CRM plans and executing from start to finish, with clear results
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with Marketo & Salesforce
- Implement tactical customer lifecycle marketing campaigns via email following the completion of a full customer segmentation analysis
- Responsible for establishing and communicating email targets and work within Marketo to develop and deliver the email strategy/roadmap to against those targets
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop and launch rewards program
- Develop loyalty-driving initiatives, targeting the highest value customers; Develop a suite of incentives, email, and direct mail communications for these customers
- Experience in App technology, Beauty and Wellness preferred
- Amazing team player with a fantastic, positive attitude
- Demonstrates strong digital acumen and customer-centric focus to communications
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce and Google Analytics
- Excellent organization skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.
