CRM Specialist

Position Overview:

Inthis role you will be responsible formanaging our overall strategy and execution of our email and loyalty marketingprograms.


  • 5 years’ experience in building CRM plans and executing from start to finish, with clear results 
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with Marketo & Salesforce
  • Implement tactical customer lifecycle marketing campaigns via email following the completion of a full customer segmentation analysis
  •  Responsible for establishing and communicating email targets and work within Marketo to develop and deliver the email strategy/roadmap to against those targets
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop and launch rewards program
  •  Develop loyalty-driving initiatives, targeting the highest value customers; Develop a suite of incentives, email, and direct mail communications for these customers

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in App technology, Beauty and Wellness preferred 
  • Amazing team player with a fantastic, positive attitude 
  • Demonstrates strong digital acumen and customer-centric focus to communications 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce and Google Analytics 
  • Excellent organization skills with avid attention to detail and follow through. 
  • Bachelors’ degree required
