Customer Business Manager (HEB)

In this role, you would be responsible for establishing and managing strong relationships with key customers to deliver volume, share and profit objectives.
• Oversee the customer relationships in the defined market and manage the flow of information to and from customer team
• Develop and deliver KPI’s in partnership with cross-functional teams and ensure effective performance with collaborators
• Identify emerging trends, key issues and opportunities in collaboration with sales insights and strategy team and evaluate internal shipment trends
• Lead the financial management process and policies to achieve delivery of annual gross sales and consumption target
• 5-7 years’ direct selling experience within CPG industry (Cosmetics, specific applicable Channel experience preferred)
• Experience with analytic/consumer insight tools
• Ability to interpret data and link category management data to retailer/business scenarios
