Customer Care Coordinator
Growing high end beauty brand is looking a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a customer service pro with strong communicatio0n skills and a passion for assisting customers.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Consistently strive to exceed customer’s expectations by providing a superior level of customer service
- Assist customers in placing, tracking or returning orders
- Assist customers by providing information on products
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
- Continuously maintain a problem-solving mentality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and ever-changing needs
- 2+ years Customer Service experience, ideally with a high-end brand
