In this position, you would be responsible for partnering with the Head of BD to establish a successful customer service team and implement a standardized customer care model.
• Establish a successful customer service team and implement a standardized customer care model in partnership with the Head of BD
• Lead new customers through the set-up process and follow-up with new retailers to ensure their success
• Answer questions about the product, provide appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure resolution
• Work with retailers to identify how to maximize their use of the product and take them to the next level of success
• Communicate in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and provide the highest-level of customer-service
• Ability to develop and establish processes
• Strong organizational skills
