Customer Segmentation Manager
Our client is a well-known fashion brand creating comfortable and beautiful apparel and accessories. Their classic, effortless, and contemporary designs are a staple in every wardrobe and loved by the most stylish individuals across the globe.
In this role, you would be responsible for creating multifaceted audiences and leading audience management for real-time profiles. You would also be responsible for maintaining available audience capabilities for marketers and non-technical business users.
• Develop multifaceted audiences in Tealium AudienceStream and oversee audience management for real-time profiles
• Manage detailed QA of created audiences and segments and lead governance and process optimization of new audience requests
• Maintain and organize available audience capabilities for marketers and non-technical business users and manage business presentations
• Provide technical direction and requirements to Web Developers for A/B tests and work with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of modern e-commerce technology stack, A/B testing, personalization, segmentation
• Interest in retail technology and strong analytical and QA skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and a segmentation management software
