Customer Service Associate
Fashion brand is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their existing team and participate to the growth and development of the company in North America.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of inbound/outbound emails
- Responsible for incoming phone calls
- Process incoming customer orders
- Process customer payments
- Process RA requests and issue credit memos
- Answer customer requests via phone or email
- Create/Update customer information on company’s system
- Act as main point of contact for shipment and payments
- Participate to national shows if required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Good computer skills including working knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Emails.
- Fluent in English (Spanish/French is a +)
- Smartsheet/Blastramp experience is a plus
- Eager to work in a growing company
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and organized
- Team Member with a positive attitude
