Customer Service Associate

Fashion brand is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their existing team and participate to the growth and development of the company in North America.


  • In charge of inbound/outbound emails
  • Responsible for incoming phone calls
  • Process incoming customer orders
  • Process customer payments
  • Process RA requests and issue credit memos
  • Answer customer requests via phone or email
  • Create/Update customer information on company’s system
  • Act as main point of contact for shipment and payments
  • Participate to national shows if required


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Good computer skills including working knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Emails.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish/French is a +)
  • Smartsheet/Blastramp experience is a plus
  • Eager to work in a growing company
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual and organized
  • Team Member with a positive attitude
