Customer Service - EDI & Vendor Compliance Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team as our EDI and Vendor Compliance specialist. This position plays an important role in making sure retailer sales order management expectations and operational agreements are successfully met. The right candidate will be customer centric, energetic, organized, and excited to be part of our fast paced, fun, and high-growth environment.
? Demonstrate a clear understanding of GS1, ANSI X12 EDI, and EDIFACTS standards and forms.
? Manage and maximize use of Inovis catalogs.
? Monitor EDI transactions to ensure their success; identifying potential errors and resolving issues quickly.
? Manage EDI retail projects, improvements, and enhancements.
? Create ROI and project manage testing for new trading partners.
? Collaborate and maintain a strong working relationship with our third-party EDI vendor.
? Assist with onboarding Vendor Compliance accounts, demonstrating a clear understanding of company's Terms and Conditions.
? Facilitate the vendor requirement review and negotiation process between internal teams and retail customers.
? Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure vendor compliance agreements are met.
? Communicate vendor compliance requirement changes and updates for existing retail customers
? Distribute regular reporting to provide transparency of service level agreement successes and opportunities.
? Backfill Allocation role as needed.
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? 3+ years of sales order management and/or EDI experience
? Ability to learn technical applications quickly
? Exceptional customer service standards
? Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
? Clear understanding of protecting the financial bottom line
