Customer Service Intake Specialist *MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH*

Our client, a top-rated personal injury law firm, is growing and we want you to be a part of their success!

We are currently seeking candidates with superior customer service intake specialist for their Call Center. The firms, Customer Service Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for the firm’s clients. This position requires great attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compassion and follow-through are a must for this role, as well as being a team player and go-getter.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Speaking with potential clients via phone to gather initial case information
• Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients to sign-up with the firm
• Working with the firm’s intake attorney to determine viability of potential cases
• Keeping track of potential cases and scheduling follow-up calls as necessary
• Effectively communicate with potential clients, co-workers and vendors alike
• Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data
• Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately
• Build strong rapport with potential clients

Required Experience:

• Sales skills are of paramount importance with the ability to close
• Strong background with performance-based metrics required
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Ability to type 50 wpm while speaking with clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• Must be available to work weekend, overtime and “on-call” as necessary
