Customer Service Lead

Position Overview:

As the Customer Service Lead, you would be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing staff.


•Create a seamless brand experience and ensure a positive and long-term relationship with our worldwide consumers
• Facilitate organic growth by engaging customers and improving the customer service experience with POP brands worldwide
• Develop service procedures, policies, and standards for customer care and communicate job expectations
• Maintain accurate records and documenting all customer interactions for historical feedback and be a role model in regards to customer service standards. 
• Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

• Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, visiting operational environments, benchmarking best practices, and analyzing information and applications
• Maximize customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice, resolve problems, and diagnose network problems

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field 
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager 
• Beauty Industry experience and help desk background 
• Experience in process improvement, decision making, and managing processes 
• Background with staffing, training for excellence and developing standards 
• Experience tracking budget expenses and analyzing information
