Customer Service Manager
Leading specialty apparel company is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager!
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and polite manor
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Help to improve customer service policies and procedures
- Help with training
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Management experience required
- Call center experience required
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure, able to handle difficult questions, a strong communicator and highly organized!
