Customer Service Manager

Leading specialty apparel company is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and polite manor
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Help to improve customer service policies and procedures
  • Help with training
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Management experience required
  • Call center experience required
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure, able to handle difficult questions, a strong communicator and highly organized!
