Customer Service Manager

Leading consumer products company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team immediately!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Manage Customer Service Reps and handle any escalated issues
  • Ensure all accounts have what they need
  • Enter all information is properly entered into the system
  • Work closely with production, logistics and warehouse to ensure orders are on feasible and on schedule
  • Resolve any issues that arrive with production, ship dates or logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of current orders
  • Continuously update and present shipping forecasts and inventory reports
  • Maintain knowledge of when orders are shipping and what will ship in the month
  • Ensure shipping guidelines are followed
  • Process cancellations, returns and refunds
  • 5+ years customer service experience within the lifestyle, apparel, accessories, footwear industry 
  • Management experience
  • Advanced EDI experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical and number oriented
  • Highly organized, proactive and strong problem-solving skills
