In this role you will represents the company in a positive and professional manner while providing superior customer Service that furthers the brand experience via phone interaction.
- Handle large volume of calls from consumers and Jewelers. Demonstrate professionalism and polish
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of the after-sales service process
- Conduct interactions with customers in conjunction with the brand Customer Service training standards
- Reviews customer’s estimates for watch service and records authorizations to proceed via fax or by credit card payment
- Answer customers’ questions and addresses their concerns regarding the servicing of their watches
- Educate customers regarding upgrade options available for particular models
- High school graduate, college preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service Call Center or related luxury service field
- PC literacy
- Data entry skills
- Alphanumeric filing
- Excellent interpersonal skill via phone
