Position Overview:

In this role you will represents the company in a positive and professional manner while providing superior customer Service that furthers the brand experience via phone interaction.


  • Handle large volume of calls from consumers and Jewelers. Demonstrate professionalism and polish
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of the after-sales service process
  • Conduct interactions with customers in conjunction with the brand Customer Service training standards
  • Reviews customer’s estimates for watch service and records authorizations to proceed via fax or by credit card payment
  • Answer customers’ questions and addresses their concerns regarding the servicing of their watches
  • Educate customers regarding upgrade options available for particular models

Key Qualifications:

  • High school graduate, college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service Call Center or related luxury service field
  • PC literacy
  • Data entry skills
  • Alphanumeric filing
  • Excellent interpersonal skill via phone
