Customer Service Rep

Leading apparel company is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join their growing team!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Receive, process, enter and track new orders
  • Set up new items in the system
  • Partner with Production and Logistics teams to ensure orders are on schedule and will ship in time
  • Problem solve if orders are behind schedule
  • Clearly communicate updates regarding orders internally and externally
  • Maintain knowledge of customer compliance requirements
  • Identify reasons for chargeback and determine how to avoid in the future
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • 1+ years’ experience with corporate customer service
  • Passion to continue learning and developing skills
