Customer Service Rep

Growing lifestyle product company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong customer service skills!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process and enter customer orders
  • Provide information to customers on product availability and product info
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat consistently providing a superior level of customer service
  • Issue credit memo’s and RAs
  • Ensure orders stay on track and ship on time
  • Sales and inventory data entry
  • Run reports as requested by management


  • 1+ year corporate customer service experience, ideally within the apparel/accessories/consumer goods industries
  • Experience processing orders and data entry
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Full Circle highly preferred
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Customer first mentality
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
