Customer Service Representative

Leading Life-style Brand is looking for a temp Customer Service Representative to add to their team!

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, emails and online chat.  Including but not limited to: general questions; warranties, store policies, locating stores, and products inquiries
  • Process department return authorization and call tag requests
  • Respond to a variety of consumer inquiries, resolves questions, and directs consumers to the appropriate resolution channel when needed
  • Process all warranty related replacement orders for consumers
  • Updating customer logs as needed

Qualifications

BA/BS required

Full Circle experience is a plus

CSM software and support ticketing system experience is a plus
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Team player, enthusiastic positive can do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
