Customer Service Representative
Our Fashion client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Must be fluent in writing, reading and speaking both English & Spanish in a business environment – can handle calls, chats and emails in both languages with ease to assist with customer .
Previous Customer Service Experience preferred - specifically in a retail call center.
- Must be available any day & time, including holidays and weekends and can commit to full assignment (9/1/17-1/23/18).
- Must be flexible to work any shift requested including overtime. May be open some Sundays, may need people to come in earlier/stay later than normal hours.
- Excellent communication, consistently displays a positive, can-do attitude, patient, flexible, takes initiative/is proactive, professional, strong attention to detail, fast learner, team player
- Reliable transportation
