Customer Service Representative
Our client is a top fashion brand creating the latest apparel and accessories must-haves. Their contemporary, on-trend, and cool designs are worn by the most stylish trendsetters.
In this role, you would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring products are shipped on-time.
• Provide optimal customer service experience and provide solutions for clients
• Offer new methods to enhance customer service and streamline processes to better serve customers
• Utilize internal management system to effectively help customers and track all issues
• Manage all aspects of order processing, payment, fulfillment, exchanges and returns
• Log orders in the system, track orders, and ensure products are shipped on-time
• Review and approve returns and provide administrative support as necessary
• Experience working with distributors and/or strategic accounts a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
