Customer Service Representative

Our client, a consumer electronics accessories company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Mission 
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will provide top quality customer support to our clients nationwide. 
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email suggestion: Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email 
 
Preferred Skills and Experience 
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (wouldn’t associate’s degree fit better? Since this is entry level?) 
? 2+ years of customer service experience 
? Customer focused mindset 
? Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 
? Experience using a service ticketing platform; Zendesk preferred 
? Excellent communication skills (written & oral) 
? Ability to thrive in multi-tasking environment 
? Detail-oriented and organized 

Essential Job Functions 
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email 
? Serve as the main point of contact for clients with order questions 
? Provide product information, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency 
? Maintain excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction 
? Ability to work a flexible schedule
