Customer Service Representative - Skincare
Our client is a skincare brand sold in salons and spas all over the world.
They have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to work at the company headquarters in New York City.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, pleasant personality, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships with clients. This position interfaces directly with customers, field Sales Representatives, marketing, training and operations. The ideal candidate has one to two years of customer service experience, is comfortable with covering inbound and outbound phone calls. He/she is a problem solver able to facilitate and improve the customer experience. College degree or college student preferred. Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs and database systems.
Salary $35,000 plus incentives, benefits and 401K.
