Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist

Leading Orange County based Swimwear company is looking to add a Sales Support Specialist to their team! 

Sales Support Specialist

Job Duties - Wholesale Customer Support

  • Manage orders from order inception to delivery ensuring compliance at every step of the supply chain including, but not limited to, EDI, ASN, Routing, Compliance, ticketing and pre-packing for all divisions
  • Monitor and maintain all open orders for ecommerce, wholesale, and retail divisions; maintain communication with sales reps, customers, store managers regarding order status (i.e. back orders, cancellations and adjustments, credit holds, hold for confirmation, etc.)
  • Review and confirm all pricing, discounts and terms are correct in the system
  • Main point of communication with our 3PL
    • Provide morning open order reports, ensure orders shipping on time, troubleshoot exceptions
  • Manage 2 sales support representatives
  • Create sales support/customer service polices (including, but not limited to, handling upset customers, late shipments)
  • Provide and create return authorizations for warranty and other product issues
  • Provide ATS reports for all regional customers and solve inventory issues
    • Develop weekly marketing material to be used for current and prospective accounts
    • Drive weekly marketing initiatives around ATS
  • Work in line with Ecommerce team to align seasonal product initiatives and promotions
  • Development of line launch Sales Marketing presentations
  • Maintain and create customer mailing lists
  • Coordinate sample seeding for sales representatives and other opportunities (i.e. account reach)
  • Assist in tradeshow set up and logistics for regional shows

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in relevant discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business Administration)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with EDI and related software
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in wholesale apparel industry or similar related wholesale environment
  • Full Circle experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (complex functions, pivot tables and analysis), PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop
  • Coordination and communication with outside sales individuals and customers
  • High level of initiative, motivation and drive
  • Self-motivated and able to complete multiple priorities on  a daily basis
  • Organized with strong writing, editing, and communication skills
