Customer Support Specialist 

Leading operational systems company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist 

• Manage the day to day clients’ needs, issues and inquiries in regards to Full Circle 
• Create and develop a solid relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service 
• Trouble shoot any issue or bug communicated by the client or relevant partner for quick resolution 
• Liaison with the sales team to keep them informed of client progress and possible pain points 
• Offer solutions to any workflow gap identified 
• Work closely with the Client Services team to stay updated with on-going product updates, outages and knowledge sharing 

Skills and Qualifications 
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical client base. 
• Works well in a team environment 
• Solid problem solving skills 
• Comfortable with new technology and an ever changing product set 
• Previous experience with ERP software (Full Circle / SAP etc) 
• Must be proficient on MS Office 
• Position requires exceptional time management and organizational skills
