Customer Wellness Manager

Fast growing nutrition supplement start up is seeking a Customer Wellness Manager to join their team!

What You’ll Be Doing 
Handle customer questions/complaints, provide helpful answers or appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure success 
Assist with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges using Shopify and the website 
Be the ultimate problem solver and always leave the customer smiling 
Forge, grow, and maintain customer relationships in order to support the development of an interactive online community 
Keep a working log of frequently asked consumer questions with well crafted responses to build a database of FAQs 
Constantly think creatively about ways in which we can drive engagement and optimize each customer’s experience and communicate these ideas to our Head of Customer Wellness 
Prepare reports for management that summarize customer feedback, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Enthusiasm and skills for writing the most personal, helpful emails of all time 
Empathy! You understand where people are coming from and you genuinely care 
Ability to communicate effectively to a wide spectrum of audience types, build relationships, and speak passionately about brand
Detail-oriented with exceptional organization, task and time management 
Process driven - Ability to design, document, optimize and follow processes 
Presentation skills - ability to clearly and concisely present complex information so that it can be distributed through the organization without further explanation 
Proficiency with Google Docs / Word, Google Sheets / Excel 
Experience in e-commerce customer service is a plus
