Data Entry Assistant
Our client is a top fashion brand creating the latest apparel and accessories must-haves. Their contemporary, on-trend, and cool designs are worn by the most stylish trendsetters.
In this position, you would be responsible for handling day to day coordination and organization of documentation.
- Scan and read incoming materials to determine how and where they should be classified or filed
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
- Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and provide support as necessary
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
