Development Analyst

Our client, an internationally known and respected entertainment and music company, is looking for an Analyst for their Learning and Organizational Development department.

Job Responsibilities 
• Support talent management activities/data capture across all of Global talent work areas – including talent management, employee programs, etc. 
• Take a lead in creating and maintaining L&OD scorecard 
• Set up courses in Learning Management system & manage overall enrollment process 
• Provide technical support for LMS as needed 
• Support vendor management activities, including technical trouble shooting (Lynda.com, Harvard ManageMentor, and Rosetta) 
• Launch session evaluation surveys and summarize data to include in quarterly scorecard 
• Manage scheduling for in-person sessions that require high touch executive management (e.g., Ivy Sessions) 
• Maintain L&OD session calendar 
• Find & Reserve rooms for sessions 
• Order items from the print shop for sessions 
• Order catering for sessions 
• Print and prepare session materials (sometimes involves mailing materials) 
• Arrange for AV services for sessions as needed 
• Coordinating room set up for session with facilities & check room prior to session for proper set up 
• Pay invoices for the department 
• Manage expense reports for Sr. team members 
• Schedule meetings for Sr. team members as needed 
• Attend key meetings internally to capture and execute action items 
• Engage in development of new processes or enhancements of existing processes related to overall department workflows 
• Check and reply to L&OD mailbox, including inquiries related to our learning offerings 
• Post and maintain data within the company employee development (SPEED SharePoint site) 

Qualifications 
• Extremely detailed oriented and organized. Can handle large volumes of complex information 
• A desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced, innovative team 
• Comfort with technology/systems, including SharePoint, Learning Management System, and Workday 
• Comfort with managing large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel 
• Comfort with ambiguity with an understanding of when to push for needed detail 
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in priority and/or direction easily 
• Self-starter, who proactively identifies gaps and structures actions to address 
• Strong problem solving skills as well as an appetite for troubleshooting 
• Effectively analyze, present, communicate and exchange information to facilitate process development. 
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Interest in the field of Leadership and Organization Development 
• Ability to learn new systems (e.g., Workday, Learning Management Systems, etc) 
• Excellent time management skills 

Requirements 
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Must be able to do pivot tables, view look up, etc
