Digital Account Manager

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for managing strong relationships with clients and ensuring their objectives are achieved.


• Support clients’ efforts to navigate and grow their brand by acting as a business partner and a resource; provide strategic guidance to the client and internal teams

• Oversee daily contact for all account activity, ranging from campaign development, print, digital, social, and CRM

• Understand clients’ industries and cultures and identify how brand can contribute to and expand their businesses 

• Direct the improvements in technical or business processes for marketing experiments, reporting, and analysis

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ digital marketing and senior client communication experience 
• 3+ years’  team leadership experience in advanced web analytics methodologies
• 3-7 years’ experience in an online e-commerce environment
