Position: Digital Marketing Analyst in Social Listening
Our client is an American staple food & bev company known for their innovative advertising. Their content studio is currently looking to hire a long-term freelance Digital Marketing Analyst with 2-5 years of experience, and an expertise in Social Listening.
In this role you are responsible for reporting monthly and campaign analysis; inclusive of organic social performance and social listening / mentions analysis, aiming to uncover insights for ongoing content optimization. You will be working across organic and paid social across all social media channels and maintain brand social listening queries, including Boolean writing and sentiment training.
Expertise in social listening process and tools (Crimson Hexagon/Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout, Infegy (preferred) or similar)
Start: Early January
Duration: 6-12+ months (40 hour work week)
