Digital Marketing Director

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for directing global digital marketing strategies for owned, earned, and paid channels. You would also be responsible for overseeing a compelling consumer journey and executing tests to drive conversion.


• Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies for owned, earned, and paid channels, including web, email, loyalty, display, social, and search

• Establish a compelling consumer journey and track, measure, and report campaign performance to improve return on investment 

• Execute and measure A/B and multivariate tests to drive conversion and implement a project plan by territory

• Lead digital marketing policies, guidelines, and processes for the company's digital marketing activities and channels 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 

• 7+ years’ digital and/or integrated marketing experience at a B2C company
• Strong proficiency with inbound and outbound demand generation
