Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a key player to join the digital marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will execute digital marketing campaigns that support the overall marketing and sales goals of the organization. Primary responsibilities include implementation of the email program and supporting digital marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other digital activations. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, collaborative and possess strong communication skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Implement campaigns by assisting in the research, planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives; assist in preparing content briefs, presentations, manage timelines and calendars. - Coordination of email and SMS marketing programs including scheduling, testing, deployment and performance reporting. - Assist with identifying new and creative email tactics that increase traffic, engagement, conversion and overall customer lifetime value. - Support of digital marketing and content plans for email, paid media/social, affiliate, search and direct mail/catalog initiatives. - Coordinate multiple assignments and projects, assisting with asset trafficking, site Q&A, administrative and operational responsibilities of the department as needed. - Proof and review campaign assets for accuracy, brand alignment and overall concept/messaging prior to launch. - Develop performance reporting on an ongoing basis for email and marketing campaigns and communicate results to digital marketing team. - Work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional department teams. - Develop competitive research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends. EXPERIENCE /EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline. - 4+ years of related work experience in the Digital and Ecommerce space. - Must have Email implementation and ESP platform experience. - Strong attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven environment. - Team player that must be collaborative, positive and proactive with constructive attitude towards problem solving. - Possess a passionate, genuine interest for the beauty industry and a desire to cultivate digital marketing skills. - Highly proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
