Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for focusing on digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and optimizing lead campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the executive team to build multi-channel digital marketing roadmap to acquire new customers, engage, and grow existing customers 
• Own the advertiser growth strategy and work with marketing, sales, and product to develop clear and measurable quarterly and annual goals 
• Develop and implement consistent messaging throughout all digital marketing channels and partner channels
• Use email marketing, lead magnets, social media, and growth hacking to drive paid user acquisition and present forward-thinking ideas to generate traffic growth 
• Optimize the marketing funnel and  work with sales, web development, design, and product teams to ensure all leads are captured, qualified, and converted 
• Liaise with product and sales to increase client satisfaction throughout the customer journey and oversee marketing tags and pixels, including overall tracking strategy, implementation, and reporting
• Manage forecasting, maintain budgets, measure ROI, monitor progress, and act proactively to increase our market share 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant major 
• 5+ years’ digital marketing experience 
• 2-3+ years’ lead generation experience 
• Proven track record driving customer acquisition through advertising

• Background designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and developing and optimizing the funnel 
• Experience creating complex email drip campaigns and landing pages 
• Experience managing vendors that contribute to demand creation programs 
• Background managing digital channels, including Google Display Network, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Proficient with demand generation and other enterprise marketing automation software, such as Hubspot, Marketo, and Pardot
