Digital Marketing Manager - Freelance

Our client, a creative agency has an immediate need for a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a 3 month freelance role onsite with potential to go fulltime for the right candidate.

You will be embedded within our client's marketing team supporting high-profile integrated marketing campaigns. 


What you’ll do: 
• Be ready, willing and able to "dig in" and understand our client’s dynamic business in detail 
• Help define best in class processes for tracking campaigns, capturing inputs 
• Project manage across teams and organizations to ensure campaign readiness 
• Possess the ability to make quick, educated decisions on a daily basis 
• Have a great eye for detail - and comfortable providing input to ensure program success 
• Be hyper-organized, and able to take independent action, as this role exists in a high-speed environment 
• Welcome the opportunity to present program creative and rationale to internal and external stakeholders 


PROGRAM MANAGEMENT 
• Manage gathering key program details, assets from partners, and key deliverables needed to include within creative briefs 
• Manage timelines internally to ensure projects remain on schedule 
• Serve as the liaison for creative routing between the agency and client-side stakeholders; including tracking and compiling of all comments/changes during review rounds 
• Offer actionable perspective to the creative in order to guide internal stakeholders and the agency to the best final deliverables 
• Attend weekly status calls with agencies for current activity and pending deliverables for projects 
• Work with internal client stakeholders and external partners to provide approval on all final files (including email, social, digital, etc.) 


CLIENT MANAGEMENT 
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client team for questions, requests and issues regarding marketing projects 
• Schedule and manage all creative workflow between agencies, client and partners 
• Represent client product interests and direction in creative review and program workflow meetings 
• Step in as full back-up for any client time out of the office 
What you’ve got: 
As a qualified candidate, you have a solid foundation in marketing execution and experience supporting integrated marketing programs. Specific experience includes:
• Multifaceted project experience including: web, social, app 
• Strong project management skills 
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation and presentation communication skills 
• Proven ability to lead projects across departments 
• Strong organization and project management skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
• Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail 
• Earned a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline 
• Comparable entertainment or telecom account experience -- highly preferred
