Digital Media Recruiter
Our client, a media sports company is seeking a contract Digital Media recruiter to support immediate increased hiring needs. The contract recruiter is responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, presentation, and recommendation of candidates to hiring managers and executives.
• Manages and oversees the recruiting for a variety of roles within the advertising/media space
• Manages client relationships with internal business unit leaders
• Leads candidate sourcing via personal networks, career websites, cold calling, professional organizations, job fairs, social networking, and web searches
• Engages business unit leaders in the development of sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives that deliver the best talent
• Participates in department planning sessions related to staffing and talent acquisition as needed
• Ongoing candidate relationship management
• Advertising/media industry experience required; experience with managing up to 10 open requisitions
• Minimum of 5-10 years of proven life-cycle creative recruiting experience, with some experience recruiting in the digital media space
• Experience utilizing direct sourcing methods to recruit passive candidates
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong relationship-building skills
• Exceptional coaching and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask within a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
• Proven ability to manage and fill significant hiring demands in a fast-paced environment
