Digital Media Supervisor - Boutique Ad Agency
Our client, a full service, a boutique media services agency is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Digital Media Supervisor. Client services encompass consumer insights, data and analytics management, campaign measurement, media and competitive research as well as direct marketing services. This is a full-time, direct hire role with benefits:

3-5 years of digital experience needed. 2+ years as a digital supervisor, managing accounts, acting as key client contact and mentoring staff.
About the Job
The primary objectives of the Communications Supervisor position cover the following areas:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive, integrated media plans based on agreed upon marketing/advertising objectives and strategies and lead execution
• Utilize research resources and other creative solutions to aid in strategic plan development
• Provide necessary support in the execution, trafficking, managing and optimization of media campaigns
• Initiate internal communication and procedures to execute media plans and activity
• Maintain flawless execution and stewardship
• Identify and present clients with new marketing and media opportunities
• Establish peer-level relationships with clients
• Manage day-to-day communication flow with team and other departments at the agency
• Educate, challenge and develop junior members within the communications team, check work quality
• Effectively represent agency and clients with media representatives
• Experience with media systems like Mediaocean
• Responsible for all print and Out of Home analysis, planning, placement and related reports
• Assemble and evaluate marketing data to determine the client’s advertising and media needs
• Deliver POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunities
