Digital Product Manager

Client Overview: 

Our client is a renowned beauty brand presenting groundbreaking, all-natural skincare and cosmetics. Their sustainable, modern, and on-trend must-haves are revolutionizing the industry every day.

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for leading the product roadmap and researching customer needs. You would also be responsible for creating customer experiences and leading A/B testing.


• Establish the product roadmap for the product line in partnership with various internal and external partners

• Research and understand customer needs and competitive offerings, translate into feature specs, and execute innovative eCommerce plans to drive top-line growth
• Develop innovative customer experiences to drive user engagement and satisfaction and ensure the product is successful prior and post launch
• Drive product and feature roadmaps to enhance content discovery and customer digital purchase journey based on quantitative and qualitative data

• Direct A/B testing and market and user research to identify customer needs, concerns, and satisfaction drivers

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred

• 3+ years’ product management experience driving ecommerce and/or customer experience solutions
• Technical experience with Shopify Plus
• Strong ecommerce industry knowledge and best practices
