Digital Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Leading Hotel Management Company is looking for a temp Digital Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join their office!

Leading Hotel Management Company is seeking a freelance marketing coordinator to assist our corporate marketing team in various digital and social media marketing initiatives. We are seeking someone who has a generalist-level understanding of digital and social media marketing tactics. This is a full-time, temporary position located in our corporate offices in Irvine, CA. Duties and responsibilities may include:

•             Facilitate the production of marketing collateral (i.e. digital banners, print pieces) with graphics department

•             Respond to guest comments on social media and ratings/review platforms with strict response timing, escalate issues where appropriate

•             Foster interactivity, engagement, community growth, expertise, trust, and loyalty. Seek out opportunities for conversation

•             Write social posts and capture moments and events in real-time either through video or photos

•             Implement platform-specific best practices across various platforms and social communities including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram

•             Assist in generating/reviewing integrated marketing reports using Google Analytics (i.e. analyze referral codes and data for digital marketing, social and public relations)

•             Search engine keyword research and content writing, including email copy

•             Coordinate additions to corporate intranet/digital asset management platform

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

•             Bachelors degree (Marketing/Communications major preferred)

•             2-3 years post-graduate marketing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a digital and/or social media marketing role.

•             A creative, yet analytical mindset

•             Superior time/task-management skill with the ability to work quickly against multiple deadlines

•             Strong written and verbal communication abilities

•             Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
