·         Establish and cultivate your own book of business by identifying hiring opportunities within top beauty accounts across core functions including: Sales, Retail, Creative, Marketing, Design and Ecommerce

·         Drive revenue growth among existing accounts through cross-selling and strategic account expansion

·         Partner with 24 Seven recruitment teams (Account Managers) to deliver best in class talent on a freelance, full-time and executive search basis

·         Be an invaluable resource, brilliant problem solver and curator of talent management solutions

·         Network and build long-term client relationships among top beauty executives

·         Achieve daily, weekly and monthly marketing activity to achieve revenue goals

·         Serve as the market place expert with deep understanding how business trends and competitive activity impact our unique selling proposition, creating strategies that will fuel the pipeline and maintain our leadership market position




·         5+ years of experience in b2b marketing space, staffing or related field

·         Ambitious and dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills

·         Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing company

·         Creative thinker to continuously uncover leads, land new business and expand key accounts

·         Deep knowledge and passion for the beauty industry and professional sense of style

·         Customer Service oriented able to leverage relationships at all organizational levels

·         Bachelor’s Degree
