Director, Marketing (Mass Skincare & Color Cosmetics)
Client Overview:
Our client is a well-established K-Beauty brand known for their skincare and color cosmetics.
Position Overview:
In this role, you would lead the marketing growth and development for Sephora North America. You will also develop a strategy and long-term marketing vision, ideate and advocate for new product development in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development of channel-specific strategy by season: identify short-/ long-term goals and execute successful product launches & channel-exclusive programs

Lead the development of 360-degree marketing campaigns and sampling strategy, including all merchandising strategy, promotional activities and product launches

Strategize and develop innovative marketing programs leveraging offline/online/digital initiatives while effectively managing the retailer relationship

Own and manage insights-driven creative and marketing briefs, and lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, campaigns and activations

Drive awareness and growth of Sephora’s consumer; manage merchandising updates for Sephora to ensure on-time execution and maintain all product assortments
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

7+ years' relevant marketing experience in Skincare or Color Cosmetics (beauty required)

Experience working with Sephora or Ulta (required)

Bi-lingual in Korean and English (plus but not required)

Prior experience leading, growing and managing a tea (required)
