Director of Demand Generation

Client Overview
Our client is an online marketing and consulting firm seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join their team! They are looking for an experienced professional in the digital field that has a proven track record in executing profitable, digital campaigns for clients across all verticals.


  • Monetizing existing owned and operated lead generation sites.
  • Expanding the existing services and creating new opportunities for current and future clients
  • Conceptualize and develop all forms of business to consumer lead generation campaigns
  • Responsible for digital campaign setup, execution and optimization.
  • Research, contract and maintain partner/vendor relationships
  • Create digital P&L for lead generation tactics
  • Present program analytics and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and client contacts
  • Analyze and understand KPI’s across multiple clients in various verticals
  • Nurture positive, collaborative working relationship with clients and internal teams


  • 7+ years of paid media expertise in managing digital and direct response campaigns in a lead generation environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion and work along cross-functional teams
  • Experienced with digital acquisition, email, social media and mobile marketing.
  • Strong analytics background
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, SEO and social platforms
  • Must be Google AdWords Certified
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Insurance and Financial services experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
