Director of Digital Marketing / User Acquisition

JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to deliver marketing communications to our fans across a variety of mobile and online marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be able to lead in-app marketing initiatives to drive additional revenue and engagement and also own customer acquisition campaigns across online and mobile marketing channels, such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, to hit monthly budget and ROI goals.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build user segmentation around in-app behavior, demographics and locations

• Tailor push notifications and in-app messaging by user segment

• A/B test push notifications, messaging, features, and navigation flow

• Drive user retention and user re-activation campaigns leveraging tools such as TUNE and Google Analytics

• Manage monthly user acquisition budget to effectively drive the company’s growth plan

• Design and analyze experiments to test theories; continual evaluation and optimization across acquisition channels

• Generate performance reports and present to management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• BS/BA degree in math, science or engineering, or proven track record in a quantitative/problem solving environment

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing

• Must have a strong background in Google Analytics or Omniture
