Director Of Marketing
Our client is a full-service truck and trailer Director of Marketing to join the team. The Director of Marketing will lead the Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will utilize comprehensive marketing skills and experience to guide our Digital and Design teams, enhancing our brand and delivering initiatives through a full suite of static and dynamic tools and channels. The Director of Marketing oversees and actively leads cohesively integrated marketing activities and campaigns on behalf of the overall company, business units, and branch locations to achieve stated goals and objectives. The right candidate takes a collaborative approach to work, carries a creative perspective, and provides solutions-oriented thinking. This role is best suited for a consummate team player who is resourceful and flexible, and has a proactive approach to work, demonstrating strong initiative and willingness to be an active participant in work at every level. The Director of Marketing oversees a team of 4 consisting of Digital Marketing and Design personnel. The position includes roughly 10% travel to industry events, corporate events and branch visits. The Director will lead the Marketing team in the effective execution of a comprehensive, integrated marketing and communications strategy and foster the growth and development of team members. Key Marketing efforts include activities and services where a combination of print, web, digital and social media channels and tools can be used to enhance the brand reputation, and increase the visibility and traffic of our company, its business units and locations. As Director of Marketing you will: Have leadership responsibility for delivering effective, brand-driven marketing and sales support solutions to help facilitate the growth and success of brand equipment. Oversee all corporate marketing, branding initiatives, and sales support through CRM platform management. Be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategy, campaigns and budgets, guiding and supporting dedicated staff to support operational and financial targets.
