Director of Retail Marketing

In this position, you would be responsible for directing the consumer journey, omni-channel strategy, and the retail marketing calendar.
• Manage all aspects of the consumer journey, including identifying and defining the consumer journey with clear ownership, deliverables, and accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative, e-commerce, consumer engagement, and regional teams to define the consumer journey
• Direct the omni-channel strategy, determine success factors, operating plans, and activities and lead the retail strategy focusing on compelling in-store experience
• Lead retail marketing calendar, prioritizing marketing levers across in-store, events, sampling, digital, and social
• Oversee omni-channel loyalty initiative and launch US online loyalty program to optimize loyalty program, drive retention, and increase purchase frequency and cross category purchase
• Lead the development of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive brand engagement
• 8 + years’ retail marketing, technology, CRM, and events experience
• Proven leadership in a global/matrixed business environment
• Luxury and global experience preferred
