Director of Sales/Business Development

Client Overview:

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for directing all aspects of the sales strategy and leading the B2B of the marketplace. You would also be responsible for establishing the product roadmap, attending industry events, and building a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive all aspects of the sales strategy, maintain brand DNA, and oversee the B2B of the marketplace  

• Direct B2B business strategy to establish secondary revenue streams and drive pricing strategies for the sales organization  
• Attend industry conferences to build client network, establish and drive the product roadmap, recruit and build a team

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and CEO to establish marketing and sales objectives, targets, and KPIs

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ B2B sales as an individual contributor and manager combined experience

• Experience selling to doctors, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons

• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to foster relationships over the short and  
long term  
• Experience engaging with clients and prospects at conferences and developing and onboarding a sales and marketing team
• Proficient with Salesforce
