Director of Sales, Target

Client Overview:

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for managing a strong, collaborative business partnership to achieve volume and profit objectives and contributes to the customer’s total category growth.


• Oversee annual joint business plans highlighting company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution and volume

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key leaders and buyers at Target and develop long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth across the brand and customer KPIs

• Manage the annual gross sales in partnership with the VP of Sales to implement volume targets and P&L’s

• Maintain current and accurate shipment forecast by segment and item in collaboration with the demand planning team

• Supervise one direct report, foster a collaborative environment, and provide guidance and mentorship to drive continued growth

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 7+ years’ direct selling experience within CPG industry ( Cosmetics, specific applicable Channel experience preferred) 
• Experience with selling to/managing relationship with Target

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
