Here’s a snapshot of whatyou’ll do:

•Drive the talent acquisition strategy for the organization and evolving ouremployment brand

•Create and build successful relationships with the leadership team and citymanagers

•Hands on full-cycle recruitment of internal talent from manager to EVP levelroles

•Create pipelines of Business Development candidates for all of our 12 offices

•Stay informed of best practice trends and innovative recruiting techniques tobe competitive in recruiting practices

•Manage, lead, provide focus and direction to the talent acquisition team—3recruiters

•Ensure the collection and analysis of recruiting metrics to measure theeffectiveness of recruiting practices

What you are made of:

•You are an ambitious, dedicated team player with a strong entrepreneurialspirit with the emotional and social intelligence to develop strongrelationships and deliver talent

•You have 5 years of proactive recruiting experience, preferably with someexperience at a staffing firm

You thrive in a dynamic,fast-paced, rapidly growing company where everyone likes to work hard and playhard

You have a Bachelor’s Degree
