As the Document Agent, you would be responsible for accurately handling all incoming and outgoing documents to support the business operation goals and service levels.
• Manage documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow between departments
• Oversee receiving, sorting, scanning, batching, validating, and releasing documents and process documents with a high level of accuracy and quality
• Provide the highest-level of customer service, respond to customer needs, and solicit customer feedback to improve service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, exhibit objectivity and openness to other teams, and welcome feedback
