E-Comm Customer Service Associate

Leading eCommerce apparel company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Provide Customer Service via phone, email, chat and social media to ensure customers are receiving best in class customer service
  • Assist customers in placing and tracking existing orders
  • Provide information on product availability, sizing, color options and more
  • Engage with customer via social media and respond to questions and comments as needed
  • Continuously build lasting and trusting relationships with customers
  • Must have 1+ year eCommcerce customer service experience
  • Customer first mindset and willingness to go above and beyond to meet expectations
  • Must be very patient, adaptable and have a results oriented mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player mentality
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as ability to pick up new programs
  • Experience with Zendesk and Shopify preferred
