In this onsite freelance role you will be responsible for contributing to the in-house online creative team. You will evolve and elate design for the company’s flagship ecommerce store.
Design and concept a wide variety of online site assets including homepages,
landing pages, emails, banners and special projects
• Understand templates, execute to specs and brand guidelines, and help create new ones
• Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient workflow and production
• Implement best practices in user-centric design and digital storytelling
• Demonstrate solid grasp of the company’s aesthetic, usability principles, and high taste level
• Review final work with an exacting eye to ensure delivered files are to spec
• 3+ years relevant digital design & concepting
experience in house or with an agency.
• Meticulous typography and graphic design skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, yet team oriented—must have a collaborative working style
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically with an understanding of UX and user-centric design principles
• Ability to optimize designs for different channels (web, advertising, social, mobile, etc.)
