E-commerce Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview:

In this role you will partner with the e-commerce and marketing teams to oversee all customer service and support company and direct-to-consumer e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all customer service inquiries via phone, email, social media, reviews on website and Amazon Seller Central 
  • Communicate with 3rd party warehouse regarding e-commerce inventory receiving/transfers, order status, and special customer requests 
  • Handle customer service issues regarding account information, payments, order status, and product information 
  • Resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution 
  • Based on sales and customer feedback, identify product and inventory opportunities/liabilities
  • Manage online incentives for VIP clients providing curated promotions to customers 
  • Assist in all warehouse/logistics needs for creative visual team, including for tradeshows, store fixturing, and special events
  • Coordinate with warehouse via phone and email regarding status of customer claims and returns

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven superior customer service and support experience
  • Interest in fashion and apparel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, highly organized, great attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
  • Ability and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, growing company
  • Outgoing, energetic, and excited to work in customer service

Beneficial Skills:

  • Knowledge of apparel e-commerce business
  • Experience with A2000, Amazon’s Marketplace/Vendor/Seller Central, and Shopify
