Fashion OFFICE COORDINATOR/E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR
The Office Coordinator/E-Commerce Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the US headquarters, maintains the brand’s US online presence and handles e-commerce customer inquiries and issues.
Office Management• Ensure the professional appearance, standards and order of the office, including conference room, bathrooms, walkways, kitchen, and supply area• Order office/store supplies, office/store equipment, etc., in accordance with budgetary restrictions, maintaining inventory and invoice review for all vendors in these categories• Manage the maintenance of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, conference room IT set up, etc.• Manage relationships with building management, cleaning companies, cleaning staff and other contractors• Participate as needed in special ad hoc projects
• Research e-commerce partners including but not limited to platforms, logistics, photographers, content creators, and design and develop company's online business• Deliver above and beyond customer service through the phone, e-mail and live chat• Manage order processing, payment, fulfillment, exchanges and returns as necessary
Fluent in Japanese• At least 6 months of administrative experience• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills • E-Commerce experience strongly preferred
