E-Commerce Product Specialist
Our client is a leading developer, marketer, and distributor for fragrance and skincare products. Their innovative, luxurious, and high-quality approach presents the most highly desired products for every person’s beauty routine.
In this role, you would be responsible for providing the highest-level customer service to create an engaging consumer experience.
• Provide the highest-level customer service via Live Chat, oversee incoming chats, and ensure clients receive answers in a timely manner
• Manages customer expectations, build loyal customer relationships, identify current and prospective customer needs, and determine appropriate solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by recognizing consistencies of customer concerns
• Meet and exceed sales targets and achieve defined metrics for productivity, quality, and customer experience
• Work with the warehouse to ensure all orders are accurate and shipped in a timely manner during launch and promotions
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times; exhibit empathy and provide thoughtful and prompt resolutions
• 2 years’ e-commerce sales experience with a focus on customer service
• 1+ years’ Live Chat experience
• Beauty luxury brand experience preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
